My experience as an athlete, research scientist, and Personal Trainer has equipped me with a blended skill set to best guide you through your fitness journey. With a personal appreciation for all that health and wellbeing encompass, I specialise in functional health that emphasises the relationship between brain and body; ranging from injury and illness rehabilitation to improving self-esteem and motivation in the gym. An empathetic and conscientious individual, I pride myself on providing a tailored service that will help you gain autonomy and confidence in your health and wellbeing.
