We all live busy lives and often need a little bit of extra help to get to where we want to be. Our Birmingham based personal trainers are experts in providing support, guidance, motivation, advice and designing bespoke exercise programmes.
What to expect from our Personal Trainers
We have a dedicated team of 12 personal trainers offering a wide range of specialities from dance and ballet backgrounds, to MMA and boxing backgrounds, GP and NHS referrals to sports massages and rehabilitation.
We're lucky to have a team who are devoted to what they do and who regularly receive positive feedback from members. Our PT's are very personable and create a friendly, vibrant atmosphere on the gym floor.
Our personal training sessions are very popular, which is why we are constantly adapting to meet the demands of our customers.
Achieving your goals through personalised programmes
We know personal training isn't for everyone, so here in Birmingham, the team deliver a range of free services to members to help keep training interesting, realistic and most importantly achievable.
All of our personal trainers deliver a range of classes throughout the week including studio classes such as GRIT, cycle and bootcamp.
Our team are very keen on functional training and we have allocated areas on the gym floor so the team can deliver a range of 20-minute high intensity express classes including; boxing, circuits, ab blast, ViPR, TRX and kettlebells.
FREE inductions and Health MOTs
We offer free inductions and Health MOTs to all our new gym members. If required, the team are happy to give you advice and tailored programmes to improve your fitness or to encourage you to keep up your great work.
All new members are entitled to one free PT session with a personal trainer of their choice. So no matter if you are new to fitness, looking at climbing Mount Everest, bulking up or slimming down, our team are here to motivate, monitor and help you achieve your goals.
