I'm Sarah, a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. I am passionate about fitness for many reasons - largely because it makes me feel better. Not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. I have more energy, increased confidence and wellbeing from keeping active. I just feel better and want to help other people feel the same. I train people of all shapes, sizes, ages and levels of ability. I am friendly, supportive and nurturing and enjoy helping people get the most out of regular exercise.
Having recently recovered from a road accident – I understand how daunting it can be to start to exercise again after a long period of inactivity, or post injury. I can help with exercise for rehabilitation and assist on the road to recovery and wellbeing. Improving mental health and self-confidence is a key focus for me. I believe it is the most important thing physical exercise can give you.
I have experience of assisting people who were feeling daunted by doing exercise, recovering from injury and illness. Additionally training my menopausal clients is a passion of mine, helping women stay fit, active, and strong, supporting them with a confidence boost to get started.
