Cristina has over 7 years experience working for Nuffield Health, delivering an outstanding performance through her great experience, expertise and passion, successfully inspiring and improving the fitness and wellbeing of members and clients. Using her sports coaching science and teaching skills Cristina easily, effectively and rapidly adapts to your specific goals and requirements to provide you with adequate guidance and right motivation enabling you to achieve your goals whether it is general fitness and wellbeing, sport or event specific, weight loss, muscle tone up or medical conditions.
