Coming into hospital
All children coming in for daycase surgery will have a pre-assessment visit with the Children's Nursing team so that their journey from admission to discharge is discussed and any questions answered to prepare them for their operation.
At this point you will be given all the information that you will need about the procedure your child will be having. Advice and reassurance is available throughout your child's treatment and following discharge.
